Terms of service

These terms are an agreement between you and Vindivo Ltd (company number 17149797) ("we"), which runs Money Nose^™. Money Nose is for businesses: by signing up you confirm you are using it for your business and are authorised to connect its accounts and website.

1. The service

Money Nose reads the data you connect (such as Google Analytics, Google Search Console, Google Ads, Meta Ads, HubSpot, Shopify, WooCommerce and Stripe, your website and, if you add them, the tracking line and the WordPress plugin), and shows you a ranked list of marketing changes, each with an impact rating (High, Medium or Low). Money values are shown only once a change has been measured. Features differ by plan, as shown on the pricing page. Features marked "Coming soon" are not part of your plan until they are released.

2. Plans, trials and payment

• The Free plan costs nothing and has the limits shown on the pricing page.
• Founding customers keep the founding price for as long as their subscription continues without a break, including a move to Pro and back. Cancelling, or moving to Starter, ends it.
• Paid plans are billed monthly or yearly in advance, by card through Stripe, in pounds, US dollars or euros. Your account's currency is set when you sign up and can be changed only until your first payment. Plans renew at the end of each period until you cancel.
• Try Pro free for 14 days. No card needed. No automatic charge. Then stay on Free unless you choose a paid plan. If we ever ask for a card for a trial, we will say so before you start it, and that trial ends on the date shown: unless you cancel before then, your chosen plan starts and is charged.
• Add-ons (such as content packs, extra questions, extra sites, rank tracking and website guard) are charged at the price shown when you buy them. Monthly or yearly add-ons renew with your plan until you cancel them. A pack of extra questions or a content pack can be refunded in full if you ask within 14 days of buying it and none of it has been used. Once any of it is used, the pack cannot be refunded. Other one-off add-ons cannot be refunded once used, except where the law requires.
• All prices exclude VAT and any other taxes that may apply, which will be added where the law requires.
• We may change prices with at least 30 days' notice by email. The new price applies from your next billing date after the notice.

3. Cancelling

You can cancel at any time in Settings. Your plan stays active until the end of the month or year you have paid for, then moves to the Free plan. We do not refund part months, except where the law requires.

4. Estimates, not promises

The impact ratings and rankings in Money Nose, and any money value shown once a change has been measured, are estimates based on your data and on the value you tell us an enquiry or sale is worth. They are not guarantees. Results depend on many things outside our control, including search engines, competitors and how your business responds to enquiries. You decide which changes to make.

5. Approve and apply

On plans that include it, Money Nose can make small changes to your website (WordPress now; other platforms when we add them), but only the types listed in the app (such as SEO titles, meta descriptions, image alt text, internal links and broken links), and only after you approve each one, unless you later switch on automatic changes for a type. Before each change we save the old value so you can undo it, as long as the page hasn't been edited since. Money Nose never deletes content, changes prices, products or legal pages, or spends money on your behalf. You remain responsible for your website and should keep your own backups. Search rankings and traffic can go down as well as up. We are not responsible for the results of changes you approve. Undo may not work if your website has been changed since.

6. Ethical SEO only

Money Nose only suggests and makes changes that follow search engines' guidelines. We do not buy links, use link farms or private blog networks, swap links at scale, or post fake reviews, and you must not use Money Nose to do so.

7. Your responsibilities

• Keep your sign-in details safe and tell us if you think your account has been misused.
• Only connect accounts and websites you are allowed to use.
• Do not misuse the service, try to break its security, overload it, copy it or resell it without our written agreement.

8. Your data

You own your data. You give us permission to use it only to provide Money Nose to you, as described in our Privacy policy, except as set out below for Money Nose Knows. We do not use your data to train AI models.

Money Nose Knows (coming soon) is optional. If you opt in, you allow Vindivo Limited to create and use anonymised, aggregated statistics from your results to improve recommendations for all customers. These statistics never identify you or your website. You can withdraw at any time. Statistics already created stay, as they cannot identify anyone.

9. Availability and changes

We aim to keep Money Nose available at all times, but we cannot promise it will never be interrupted. We may improve or change features. If we remove a feature that is a main part of your paid plan, we will tell you and you may cancel.

10. Liability

Nothing in these terms limits liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, for fraud, or anything else the law does not allow us to limit. Otherwise, we are not liable for loss of profits, revenue, data or business opportunity, or for indirect losses. Our total liability in any 12 months is limited to the amount you paid us in those 12 months.

11. Ending these terms

You can close your account at any time. We may suspend or close an account that breaks these terms, after warning you where it is reasonable to do so.

12. Law

These terms are governed by the law of England and Wales, and the courts of England and Wales have jurisdiction.
